This has problably been covered before so i apologise in advance, but i have files on my linkstation that i cannot delete. I have gone through all the process of restrictions and the like but to no avail. I formatted the drive last time this happened and had to return it to the shop after three days of formatting. I am running frmware version 1.02 for Mac.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks Gaz

It is possible you are using the linkstation live with bit torrent, on earlier versions of that FW 1.02 included) there were issues with deleting files from the bit torrent folder, you will need to upgrade to 1.06 or 1.07 (this can only be done on a windows machine) however should solve the issue.

Bare in mind this is only a guess since you didnt provide a model number :P
