Critical failure - help me

Im using TS5400dn but it crashed yesterday. The lcd panel went red but no error message was shown. I can not access it from LAN. Nothing i can do now. Pls help me. I have important data stored there. Thanks a lot

does it do the same if you restart it?

fortunately with these units you can connect a monitor to the vga port on the front, it might give you an idea what's going on.

Thank you. I connected it to computer directly and reinstalled firmware and it seems to be working ok now
