Hi
I'm a new user to Buffalo and have recently purchased my first Terastation 5400D. I followed the quick setup procedure included with the device, and now it's displaying "Recovery I39 Change Boot SW". The instructions say that this should be there for about 10 minutes but it's been over 3 hours now. Can anyone suggest what I can do? I don't have any data on the 4 Seagate 2TB drives yet as the unit has only just come out of the box. I'm reluctant to turn the power off in case it damages the unit.

Change the position of the boost switch on the back of the unit. It's likely set to "USB", set it to "HDD".
