Apologies if this is being posted in the incorrect place.

I have a Buffalo TeraStation 3410D, and the Web GUI is stuck at Now Loading..

I am also not the most tech savvy person in the world.

I am still able to access the device on the network via UNC path, and am able to browse the files that are being held on the NAS, and add/remove files, but I am not able to access the GUI at all, therefore am not able to change permissions.

I downloaded the NAS Navigator, and the device is still recognized properly, with the correct IP and device name (I am able to successfully ping both)

But whenever I try to access the devices Web GUI, I can't get to the login screen, it will just spin Now Loading in the center of the screen.

I have other Buffalo devices that are working properly, but this one in particular is not functioning correctly. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you have an issue with lighttpd service. Do you have root access setup to your device via ssh?
