Resetting PW for TS5800DN4808

Hi Everyone,

I am having an issue with our TS5800DN4808, we are unable to find the password and need to reset it so that we can use this NAS again.

The steps in the user manual are not working, ex. hold the reset button and login with default pw.

If the reset is not working then you or someone disabled the reset admin password option on the GUI, the only other option is to blank the disks externally of the Terastation, put them back in and reload the boot image onto the unit.
