error conexion between pc and NAS

Hello

I Have a error conexion between pc and NAS. I have a NAS LS210DNB in my network and the acces for user through domain of windows server, today a user report me he not acces to NAS.

I check the conexion whit PING between PC and NAS, the ping is OK they are watching it on the net, I reset the PC and the NAS but
it does not correct error, I start seccion whit other user in the PC but I not acces to NAS.

you can help me.
