NAS Navigator 2 Query

I have NAS drive LS-CHL-V2893 (firmware 1.74). I use NAS Navigator2 to access the drive (version 2.93)


I have the same software loaded on my Windows 10 PC and can access the drive with no issues, however on my HP Windows 10 laptop with the same software on it, NAS Navigator2 detects the drive as being present on the network, but when I double click on the drive in the navigator window or select the browse icon from the menu bar the NAS drive folders will not open on the laptop. As stated, the NAS folders open up ok on my PC. Not really sure what the issue is, but probably due to a setting on my laptop not being set up correctly. Can anyone offer a solution please. On the HP Windows 10 laptop open the Powershell application and type the following:

get-smbserverconfiguration

Press Enter and post the results, if you cannot attach a screenshot then upload it to imgur and post the link.
