TS-XEL65C keeps disconnecting

I have a TS-XEL65C that keeps disconnecting. I updated the firmware, but the version that loaded is not the same available if I go to the website.
Now I can get the TS-XEL65C to update to the version I downloaded. When I launch the navigator software the TS-XEL65C doesn't show up on the list of drives.

What version is installed and what version are you trying to install?
