I have a Terastation TS3400D. When I launch the NAS Navigator 2 I can see the NAS but when I go to change settings the web browser opens and brings me to a blank page. I then try going directly to a web browser and put in the ip address and it still brings me to a blank web page. I have tried all browsers on both Mac and Windows. I am lost.

If you cannot see the login page then there is most likely network connectivity problems. Make sure that the network settings found in Nas Navigator for the device match your computer's network settings. Nas Navigator will be able to see any Buffalo device across all local subnets but if your computer is not on the same subnet you will not be able to access the device.
