TS300 Series offsite back up to Amazon S3

I am trying to set up offsite backups from my Terrastation(3000 series) to the Amazon S3 cloud. I set up a Access Key and Secrete Access Key and have my bucket all set up. However when I go into the NAS and enter these things in it continues to state I one of them is not correct. I am copying these 3 (Access Key, Secrete Access Key and bucket) and pasting it to the NAS but still can not get it to work. Any thoughts?

Make sure that the IAM user you are setting up has administrative privileges.
