Weird folder issue

Hi all,   I'm new to the Linkstations, but it's been working mostly okay since we bought it about 6 weeks ago.    I noticed last night though, that some .mp4 files that we're trying to watch over the DLNA enabled network do not show up when set to display by Folder name.   They DO show up when set to display by Date and play just fine.

The same thing happens on both our PS3 and Xbox 360.
