Linkstation LS-WX1.0TL/R1-US -Firmware -Default Password Does not work

All,

I have a LS-WX1.0TL/R1-US that was in Emergency Mode. Figured out that It needed a firmware update. I updated the firmware to 1.17. After everything said and done, I cannot access the Link-station. The default password does not work. I have search high and low, searched this forum.

I have executed the factory reset process several times. The password, "password" does not work. What am I missing here?
