TS-RXL - Refresh AD users

Good day, we have 2 TS-RXL, the first one as primary work folders, the second one as a backup of the first one. When we add some new user to the AD (windows server 2012 R2) the first one don't refresh the list of domain users, the second one refresh the list.
Both the TS-RXL have the 1.66 firmaware version and both are joined to the same domain.
Can you have some suggestions?
