unable to access linkstation

I have two Linkstations both are 421e with each holding two terabyte drives.
For some unknown reason I am unable to access one. NAS Navigator says the drive is in emergency mode. I also receive the error below

"A notification has been sent by LS421DE-EMFBC.Confirm NASNavigator2 main window."


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i have the same problem with a Linkstation LS-CH1.0 - and cannot access any data / firmware update software does not "see" drive to update !     -

what error does it report in the NAS Navigator and what firmware are you trying to install?
