AirStation AC1200 Why no external antenna?

I am looking to replace my older N450 as it is dated now.  At the time I bought it for the preloaded DD-WRT and that is what I want again,  less hassle

I like the new AirStation AC1200 but it does not have any external antennas.  What is up with that?  I have issues with thick walls and other obstructions so I need high power and direction changing antennas to "tune" the location as best I can.

Buffalo, is it to much to ask for antennas?  All the other very high end AC1200s have them.  Why not you.  I would have bought this today and not given it a second thought if it just had antennas. 

Please fix this ASAP with an update or on the next product.
