My Terastation TS-WX1.0 TL/1D had both hard drives fail on me. I have replaced the two hard drives with Western Digital one TB each and now I get a red display saying Emergency Mode. I can not access the Terastation with the IP address using my web browser (Firefox) now also. NAS Navigator2 sees the Terastation ok with the IP address that was displayed on the menu screen on the Terastation and also states the same message (Emergency Mode) and can do nothing more with it. I downloaded the latest Firmware for my model from the website and the message says no partitions installed.
At this point I am at a loss and don't know what to do next. Is there a fix for this problem or a procedure I can do to get my Terastation up and running again. I really miss my Terastation. Thanks for any help!!
