G450H in external IP

I don't know why my G450H changed in external IP.  I can't access the config pages by 192.168.11.1 or 192.168.1.1 even though I had reset the router by press the reset key more than 3 sec. in many times.

connect directly to the LAN port and check what default gateway the router gives the PC.

The IP to PC is 233.19.120.152 and the default gatway is 233.19.120.1.
But I find out the the switch for router / ap is off.  After I switch to auto, it is fine now.
