Hey Forum,

I have a LS-QVL/R5. For several years it worked fine until a couple of days ago when one of the disks failed. I didn't have any spare disks lying around so I ordered two new ones and swapped out the broken disk. I went through the procedure of rebuilding the array (I had never done this before so I didn't do it 100% correct, but it it seemed to work).

The NAS took a while to rebuild the disk so I just let it do its thing and went to bed. This morning I woke up to find a second disk appeared to have failed. Right now the NAS is showing both disk 3 and 4 to be in 'Error' state and where it previously stated that Array 1 was configured now it says it isn't.

Can I still recover my data and if yes how? What is the procedure?

thanks,
Jurgen

Professional data recovery is probably your own option if you have two physical disk failures.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
