Linkstation Pro Quad LS-QVL/E Serial Number rejected for software download

Can't get passed serial number verification, it keeps saying it's invalid.

There are three options for Series in the form that all say ls-qvl/e and ive tried each of them.
ive also tried 2 numbers from the back of my buffalo, one called S/N and one called F-S/N. with all three series options.

The serial number is 14 numbers, make sure you are downloading the software from the correct regional website.

If you are attempting to download from the US site, it will only recognize US serial numbers.
