I have a LS-Q2.0TL/R5. The person that bought and installed it for our company disconnected it and then a bit later left the company. I would like to use this NAS for CAD files, but I can't get it to show up on Navigator2 (or the original version on the CD for that matter).

When I put power to the unit after a few seconds the power LED blinks pink and the Function LED blinks blue. Pressing the Power button seems to start the drives spinning and the power LED flashes blue for a bit while the 4 drive lights light up green, then power button flashes what seems to be 6 times and then a short pause. The manual says that the BLUE LED flashes to indicate error (6 flashes is an unrecognized HDD, but my light is red. The 3rd HDD light is green, but flashing like it is being accessed. I have tried wiping it using the Function button reboot setup, but pushing the power button does not turn it off (only unplugging it seems to turn it off)
Do I have a bad HHD? Is this unit salvageable? I'd really like to use it but I don't know anything about it.
Any possible help or am I SOL?
