I have two NAS devices as listed above., both running f/w v 1.66.  These are both being seen by NAS Navigator but when I try to access them via web browser to make changes all I get is the rotating line on the screen.  If I power them down completely and restart them I can then get access via web browser (Explorer, Firefox Chrome on Windows, Android, IOS).  If I then make a change, for instance I am trying to get email messaging to work (without any luck whatsoever) and click on save in can be a number of minutes before the units respond, if at all.  If they do not respond I get the saving message scrolling across the screen for however long I am prepared to wait (5 - 10 minutes).  I If I then shut down the browser session I can no longer get on the units without a further power off/on.

This is ludicrous.  Why is this interface so buggy.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue.  I can get to all my files on both devices via the shares set up in Windows Explorer or to the units via web access to look at files.

I anyone can assist with help both for the access issues and/or the email configuration it would be appreciated.  I also wish to replicate directories between the two NAS devices and can see no way to enter the target NAS or its directories.

Thanks

Colin
