Hi All

I have an LSS220 3tb drive, using mirrored RAID. The drive is fine, but getting data into it is a pain. The point is that the USB recognition is poor as is Direct Copy.

I press the function button while the function LED is lit and 9 times out of 10 absolutely nothing happens !! Except that often this does cause the device to fail to show the USB at all in the drives list.

On one occasion when I simply pulled the USB with dismounting and then re-inserted and re-tried the Direct Copy worked - Not to be advised I am sure, but one of the few times it has worked.

Anyone have any thoughts please ?
