Upgraded one laptop to Win10.  Initially, I could see the NAS, but in the process of chasing down a printer driver problem, I screwed up some setting on that laptop and can no longer see the NAS.  I can still see it on other laptops, though.  I've tried rebooting but still no go.  Take pity on this idiot.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I should say that I was able to use the "ping" command and did receive a response.

I ran Windows Network Diagnostics and received "One or more network protocols are missing on this computer".  How do I restore network protocols to default settings?

Is it realistic to hope that will bring me back to a stable Win7?
