Cannot Access LS-CHL

Hi,

I cannot access my LS-CHL-V2-EM50B. Taken off network and directly connected to PC. NAS Navigator tells me it is Emergency Mode. Both Navigator and Updater give me an IP address of 192.168.1.250 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 NAS Navigator also has a Desfault Gateway of 192.168. 1.254. However, when I click on properties in NAS Navigator, I get a IP address of 192.168.1. [blank] and a Gateway of 192.168.1.1

When running Updater it tells me there is no response.
When trying to change IP/Gateway - I am asked for admin password and i do not seem to have the correct password.

Can anyone help...
