User access suddenly locked

I have a Terastation TS-XE4.0TL/R5 setup with users and user groups.  Folders are accessed by users and groups.  This has worked fine for months.  Suddenly I have one user in a group that cannot access a folder.  She can view the contents of the folders but can't add, delete or change files.  Everyone else in her group can.  Permissions look fine.  She has full access to other folders that her group has access to.  There is only one folder that she is suddenly locked out of.  This was a case of one day it was fine and the next she couldn't do anything.

I have disconnected the mapped drive for the folder and reconnected.  I have tried connecting via IP address.  Checked all permissions, etc.

Any ideas?
