I am trying to connect a Terastation 5200 to a Windows server 2012 R2 machine.
When i run the Tsnavi as administrator from the cd i get this message:

"While executing the Install_Firewall1 section, an error occurred in reading the file.
Finish"

I downloaded the iso from the website and get the same message.
Firewall is disabled on the server.
I am connecting the terastation to a router that is connected to the server. (ethernet)
I also tried directly connecting to the server via the second ethernet port, but same message.

Has anyone seen this before? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rick

CD is not needed, can you map the share on the terastation from the server using the IP? Can you access the GUI using the IP?
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
