Linkstation (LS-QVL) problem with Active Directory

I'm completely perplexed by this problem (and Support refuses to help because the unit is past the warranty period) and need assistance.  I have seven Linkstation NAS appliances and only one of them is having a problem allowing new AD users (created within the last couple of weeks) to connect to any shares.  These same users are able to connect to the other Linkstations just fine!  Any help would be appreciated.

My first thought would be to make 100% sure that you are using identical settings, and then I'd see if those new AD users are ending up in the user list on that LS-QV. We see problems where the DNS settings aren't correct pretty commonly.

Thanks, Eastmarch.  All settings are identical (except for IP address, etc.)  I've even changed the AD server it binds to and it makes no difference.  The users show up in the "domain users" list on the Linkstation and I'm able to assign permissions, but they cannot access the shares.

Try removing that LinkStation from AD and re-adding.
