Hello,

I met a problem that my device LS-WVL is giving E14 error signal, should be RAID error and the hard drive cannot be mounted. I search on the internet and it says to check the drive in admin web page.  I did but the check button is grey so I cannot do the check. The data in NSF is quite important so I don't want to lost it by rebuilding the RAID.

Is there any suggestion to recover the data?  Thanks.

You probably left the unit in RAID0 and have had a disk failure. RAID0 offers no redundancy so your data is gone. Refer to your backup for your data.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
