CS-WV2.0/1D red led flashing 2 slow 5 fast

NAS Navigator will not recognize my drive.  I am not sure how to fix as I have been searching all over on the steps needed to fix.  How do we connect it to a PC in order for it to be seen?  What or how do I set the laptop to see it?  I have been looking for hours and I am now confused.  When I reset the drive it blinks blue then I hear the drive spinning, then goes quite, then the red light blinking follows.
