Hi @ all,

Hope someone can help me here.

I have a LS-QVL with a 4 HD Raid5 System. Now Disk 4 needed to be replaced (too many bad sectors).
After installing the new HD, I don't have in the System -> Storage section the 'rebuild RAID' button as described in :
http://np.faq.buffalo-global.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/14970
(even after removing the HD 4 physically and putting her back in the bay)

In the Disks Section I can see my 4 HDs. 1 to 3 have as Status 'Array1' and the 4th has Status 'Removed'. (btw. the Buttons for Check Disk, Format Disk, Remove Disk, Rediscover Disk are greyed out for HD 1 to 3 -- what I find quite strange)

In the RAID Array Section I can see 2 Arrays listed. RAID mode for both is 'not configured'. And there are no buttons at all!

In the Status Screen on the top right with Firmware Version (I have 1.68), Serial Number and so on, there is mentioned that "Storage : Not Available"

The HD LEDs are all green and Power LED is blue.

Any one an idea how to proceed?

(I have Win7 Prof 64 on a dual procesor QuadCore Xeon PC, IE 11 and Firefox)

Thanks in advance,
BerndH.
