Hi,

Link Station LS-WX1.0TL/1D
Firmware version 1.56

Users are not able to access the Link Station LS-WX1.0TL/1D and get the following Network Error:

Windows cannot access \\NAS
Error code: 0x80070035
The network path was not found.

We can see the drive under Networks in Windows Explorer, we just can't access it. Sometime it can be accessed but eventually the connection is lost.

The computers are all running Windows 7 Professional. The server is Microsoft Server 2003 running Active Directory. The NAS has a computer account in AD and users access using their domain credentials.

The NAS has a static IP Address and can successfully be pinged. I have verified that the settings are correct in NasNavi.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

davo
