I have a buffalo HD-HC250U2, when I turn on, the green power light stay on for a couple of seconds and then turn it off. The computer can't recognize it. There are a switch in the back, when i turn it to manual, the power light stay on but the computer still can't see it.

Anyone have some idea? Or the device is dead?
Thank you in advance.

This means its not getting enough power via USB, change the USB cable and if necessary test it on a different PC.
