Terastation Confirmation Numbers not showing up

I'm trying to format a disk, but whenever i come to the confirmation screen, where the numbers previously showed up, now all I see is the broken image symbol. I suspected it had something to do with my network, or system clock settings, but I checked both of these things, and they are working properly. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

My first guess would be browser related, have you tried a different browser?

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately this does not seem to be the case. I tried performing the procedure in multiple browsers, and from multiple machines. It is an older TS-TGL/R5 1TB Raid running firmware 1.04. I wasn't able to find any kind of update for the system. I've tried restarting the device many times. When I inspect where the images should be in Chrome Devtools I get a link that looks like "image/B.jpg?stamp=2017121225248" but these links bring up a 304 error. Other images still show up in the admin panel,...just the one I need to see don't :| See Image below: Any Help would be very much appreciated. Resetting/reinstalling everything is totally an option here, but I don't know how I would go about it. Thank you.
