can I set up MinimServer on LS-XH1.0TL or LS-W1.0TGL/R1-V3?

I'm looking to purchase a music streamer to improve sound quality.  (Currently using Sonos to listen to music stored on the LS-XH with the LS-W serving as a back up.)  The streamer I'm considering works best with MinimServer.  I'm not very comfortable installing apps on the NAS...currently have only used both only to store music and not using for any other purpose.

I had several questions:

1.  Can I install MinimServer on the Buffalo Tech NAS drives listed above?

2.  If so, is one more prefereable than the other?

3.  If I can install, how do I install?  Sounds like a silly question but am not sure if I have to create a new folder containing the app or if I can download and install in an existing folder (i.e., iTunes Music).

4.  How is the MinimServer "turned on"?  I see that I can turn the iTunes and DNLA servers on and off in the setting menu...do I have to turn those off and the MinimServer will take over?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Does the lack of replies imply that this is not possible?
