Hi, Please can you help.  I am using a Terastation Duo 4.0 Tb TS-WX4.0TL/R1 with 5 external usb drives for backing up. Each drive is used on a set day of the week but i am gettting inconsistent backups, which when they fail, give the error below:

-------- BEGIN BACKUP 2015/03/09 19:30:14 array1/share -> TS-WXL582@usbdisk1 --------
sending incremental file list
rsync: mkdir "/mnt/usbdisk1" failed: File exists (17)
rsync error: error in file IO (code 11) at main.c(656) [Receiver=3.1.0]
Can't write to backup destination(target disk is broken?).
-------- END BACKUP 2015/03/09 19:30:14 array1/share -> TS-WXL582@usbdisk1 --------

The Terastation has the latest firmware and the USB drives are formatted to XFS.

Many thanks
