Unable to enter password on CS-XL after firmware upgrade

So my CS-XL was in EM mode and I upgraded the firmware to get it running some-what normally, but now (along with many others as I have read from these forums) I can't log in over local network (password is not accepted).

• Can someone please provide a link to the LSRecovery tool?
• If this is such a common problem, why isn't this tool more readily available from Buffalo via their official Support links?
