I am assisting a customer with binding a TS5400R to a massive, enterprise 2008 R2 Active Directory deployment. 

The binding to Active Directory is complete -- at least according to the user interface and the presence of an object in AD; however in TeraStation user management, when I select Domain Users and enter the first letter per the search dialog, nothing ever appears.

I am seeking suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue.
