What does these TS5800D542 disk errors mean?

I restored this unit to factory settings and set up daily alerts, for the first few days I received no errors now this:

What do these errors mean and what action should be taken?

The number after the Disk X: is the amount of errors that are being detected. I would just make sure you have a backup of your data at all times first off. This is something that you must do no matter what as one location of data is not a back up. Next, no drive has failed yet but you can take a preventative action and replace a disk if you want. Like disk 1. I would run the check disk and see if the number increases. If it doesnt then i wouldnt worry about it. if they do.. replace. You should be able to view the smart data on the disk as well in the UI. Under disk. See what is shows there.
