Hello all,

I am looking for some support on possibly resetting the IP address of my LS Pro Duo.  I had it on a static network in the past back a few months ago, and am now on a completely different network.  I have capabilities to issue it a dynamic IP address if need, but do not seem to remember what the IP address was.  Is this even possible? I have tried doing the whole "hold Func button, power off, power on, release Func button" procedure which as far as i know resets the username/password to default, but cannot seem to get it to reset the IP address.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong?  I am currently deployed to OIF as we speak so resources are limited, but i will try to get my hands on just about anything i need in order to get this done properly.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

The NASNAVI should find the unit no matter what subnet of the IP is.  You may not be able to access it until you set a static IP on your computer but it should still find it.  If you need to download the NASNAVI, you can do so from our website
