Can't view files via web access

   I can't view my Linkstation LS-XHL via web access.  When I login the java script stalls.  If I login via my iPhone I am told I do not have permission to access the share.  Why doesn't web access work?

Do you have encryption enabled?

If so you need to accept the certificate.

 

How do you have the folders setup for webaccess? 

If your using anything other than anonymous, you will have to create users (do not use any of the default ones for accessing data).
