I have a LS-WV4.0TL/R1 with raid 1. There I have my Pictures, and other valuable data.
I'm trying to make a backup to another NAS (not Buffalo), but it dont show up in the target sektion.
What to do

Different company NAS shouldnt detect each other. You will have to do a manual back up. Drag and drop. You need to have to Buffalo Nas to backup to each other.
Units I own: TS-XL, TS-WXL, LS-WVL, TS-RXL,  TS5400, TS-RVHL,

I don't work for Buffalo but i do love there products enough to help people

You wrote the different company NAS shouldnt detect each other. You are ofcourse right, but I'm not happy about it.
Anyway, thanks for the answer.

Use novastor? Or any third party backup software for that matter, all you are doing is backing up one mapped drive to another.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!

Have i helped you? Buy me a coffee as a thanks!
