I know there are already existing threads similar to this but they all have no resolution so pardon me for opening a separate one.
Basically, my issue is, what the title says, I am unable to access bittorrent client remotely, that is when I am login to pogoplug. I can through my home network.

Here's what's written on the webpage

Device Settings
Device Settings is where the settings of your CloudStation unit can be configured. The Manage button navigates to the local settings page while the BitTorrent button navigates to the BitTorrent application.

Your CloudStation device is not found.

Please check whether your device is registered under this account.

Device Is Now Online, Refresh The Screen.

I am having the same issue. I can access BITTORRENT locally but not through pogoplug website.  It shows:

Your CloudStation device is not found.

Device Is Now Online, Refresh The Screen.

Also, it doesnt dowload any torrents at all, while I can download torrent via PC client.  Already tried working PORTS on the router, Port Forwarding and DMZ mode did not help either.  Upgraded to latest FW and Reset to factory settings. NADA
