Hi,

I'm new to this..I bought a used Terastation which I have hooked up and which boots up and the utility finds the unit. However I cannot get to the configuration program through the browser to set up the drives, time, shares etc. I get a message that internet explorer cannot display the webpage. Can someone please advise me what i am doing wrong?

Thanks,

Sam

That nobody reads the mod requests.... So please provide model number and firmware and some other helpful details in the first post. Quite annoying to ask every time for the same things. He Moderators- make it a song and make it the background music, he?

Additional question: What is the name of the TS the tool shows? IP addresses of TS and PC?

Obviously you have connection problems.
