HD-PNTU3 will not work with Windows 10

I have been using an HD-PNTU3 1TB USB drive with Windows 7 for a few years.

Now when I connect the HD-PNTU3 1TB USB drive to a Windows 10 laptop, it connects, accepts the password, and works fine for awhile. Then it goes offline.

However, it still works fine with my Windows 7 laptop.

I have tried it on 3 different Windows 10 laptops. The HD-PNTU3 goes offline after awhile for all of them.

Does anyone have the same problem and how to resolve it, please?
