WZR-1750DHP whatsapp problem

Hello,

When my phone is connected to my Buffalo 1750DHP router whatsapp consistently disconnects for about 20 sec and I can't send or receive messages during that period. Then it reconnects for a while (1 to 2 min) and disconnects again and this keeps going on. This problem doesn't happen if I connect to my downstairs router (Linksys) and never happened with my old upstairs router (TP-Link). Anyone can help me?

Flashing from 2.22 to 2.24 firmware apparently solved the problem. It was really annoying
