TeraStation TS5200D not showing domain users and domain groups

Hello to everyone,

I have successfully joined my TeraStation TS5200D to my company's domain but it is not showing any domain users and domain groups from the domain controller.

I have already removed and rejoined the domain twice and it is still the same.

Any idea what went wrong??

Remove the unit from the domain and delete the machine account, then follow this:

1.   DNS: create A and PTR records for the TS (Windows 2003, AD)\
2.   Create a computer account for the TeraStation (Windows 2003, AD).
3.   Computer name / This must be the same name as the units Name
4.   Select "Assign this computer account as a pre-Windows 2003 computer"
5.   Do not select "Assign this computer account as a backup domain controller"
6.   After computer account is created, examine properties page; Delegation tab. Select "Trust this computer for delegation to any service (Kerberos only).
7.   Now join to Active Directory on the TS: Network; Workgroup / Domain
