We have installed Terastations TS-XTL/R5(I'm not sure but this is the model name in Japan) according to the proposal from our SIer. And we use these as a network storage and users directly access files on the Terastations.Soon several users reported there files missing and when my staff checked it they were in trashbox. At first he was thinking they might have mistakenly deleted but unfortunately more users started having the same issue and what I found out is Terastation moves files or folders into the trashbox without asking.

Is there anyone experiencing the same issue with the Terastation? If yes, What did you do to resolve it?

Did you ever resolve this? Also how did you recover the deleted files? I have the same issue that seems to have just started within the past few days.
