My WHR-G300N has worked flawlessly for the past 4 years. Today, suddenly, it stopped broadcasting. Since I have Comcast internet, I of course assumed that it was their issue, however when attaching to the cable modem via cable, it woirks just fine.

All LEDs are normal. I logged in to manage the router, and all settings are set to specs in the manual - I have never changed them. I have reset/rebooted every device in the chain, no dice. None of m,y wireless devices can see the network.

The router shows online that all is working and broadcasting as expected. There is essentially no reason why nothing can find it.

Has my router given up the ghost? Help please!

Given the information you provided, it certainly sounds like a radio failure in the router.
