Hi,

i forgot the password and registered email-adress for my cloudstation-xl.
I havent found a way to reset it, so i can register a new account.
Is there a way to reset the device to factory default?

You would need to contact your local support directly and get them to unregister the account.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
