I have the same problem as gman42. Accept that my unit firmware is 2.50-1.73. The unit SMB hangs, web login doesn't response but i can ping the unit. After force reboot the unit, i've to set all the domain user access rights all over again. What could be the problem?

Update to 2.60 and reset via the admin page.

It keeps saying the terastation is on the latest firmware. Please advice how i can manually download the 2.60 firmware and manually update it.

i couldn't see my terastation even using the latest buffalo nas navigator 2 so i can't upgrade the firmware.

I've put the terastation ip 192.168.0.10/255.255.255.0 and my laptop ip 192.168.0.50/255.255.255.0 and still i couldn't see the terastation?

Please help!

my bad...i've manage to update the firmware to 2.60...the problem that i can't see the terastation is because symantec is blocking udp 22639 port which is use by buffalo nas navigator 2. Now i've to test SQL backup on the terastation to see if it hangs again.
